1963 South Ashfield MA house - VINTAGE AD berkshires s rare advertisement For Sale

is foragreat, rare old ad for a house for sale in the Berkshire hills! I assume the house is in South Ashfield, MA since that is the town listed for the contact, R. N. Linscott (see photo)? This ad was featured in a 1963 issue of the New Yorker magazine. Rarely do you see "house for sale" ads in old New Yorkers! This is the original New Yorker ad...not a reproduction! Please note that this is a very small ad, measuring only about 2" x 2 1/4". The ad will be packaged carefully in a clear archival storage bag and shipped flat. The ad is in good condition for its age (see photos). There is a light stain (grease?) in the lower right corner.This is really a terrific, scarce vintage ad...perfect for framing!
