1950s Macgregor Official 97 League Vintage Baseball with Box. Ball is in Mint condition!

This is an early to mid 50\'s Macgregor baseball in its original box. The pictured advertisement from March 1954 is for this same ball. The box is complete with all of its flaps but has some pretty heavy outter wear. The ball is in excellent to near mint condition with just a little bit of wear on the north Macgregor logo. This ball was Macgregor\'s top-of-the-line and was the official baseball of many minor and semi-pro leagues of the time. The name \'97\' comes from the fact that the model was first manufactured in 1897.
