DESCRIPTION/CONDITION

Vintage Lipper And Mann Cookie Jar 1950s Hansel & Gretel.
This piece comes with the lid, but no wood/wicker hande.
Features a kitschy design of Hansel and Gretel outside the door of the evil witches gingerbread out adorned with treats and sweets on all sides, as well as some beloved animal friends such a cat, dog, donkey and rooster. The witch is at the window calling them inside.
A fun storytelling piece that would look wonderful in a home filled with other mid-century ceramic pieces.
Overall it measures approximately 8-1/2" T x 5-1/4" W x 5" D. Lipper & Mann Creations Japan sticker still attached to the base.
Good Pre-Owned Vintage Condition: No handle included. Crazing present, dark stains inside and on the bottom, some light staining on the exterior. No chips, broken pieces, major paint loss or repair.
