AMOS \'N\' ANDY \"WEBER CITY\" MAP PREMIUM - 1935 The Pepsodent Co. 20\" x 15\".

Full-color mail premium depicts an \"eagle\'s-eye view\" of Amos \'n\' Andy\'s hometown. Andrew H. Brown is noted as map maker.

Issued as prize to each entrant in \"Why I Like Pepsodent Toothpaste\" contest. The Pepsodent Co. was a sponsor of the Amos \'n\' Andy radio show back in the 1930s. Map is folded in eighths as issued.

Includes original 7.5\" x 10.5\" cover letter (promoting Pepsodent toothpaste) & original 5.5\" x 8.25\" mailing envelope (with b&w photo portraits of Freeman Gosden & Charles Correll).

A scarce radio premium with excellent eye appeal.

Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Moderate surface discoloration/browning on envelope (neatly opened from env. back). No tears or chips. Map colors & imagery remain bold, bright and attractive.

Overall, we feel this is a very displayable example by most standards (see photos).
