1930s-1940s Gold Gilt Wood Carved Rococo Scroll Bookends For Sale

These Beautiful Wood Carved Gold Gilt Bookends have been in my family since the 1930s or 40s.
One has a chipped area in the finish on the side the other has a small chip in the finish on the front. The green paint on the back side has some wear and chips. Please see the pictures.
On the bottom you can see where the upper carved wood piece was put together with the lower wood base with wood two wood dowels.
Measurements are: 8 1/4 th inch high, 5 1/8th wide, weight is 1 pound 3 oz. each.
