I did not see a date but I would guess about 1920. A total of 30 pages and as stated about condition is notexcellent. It appears that a cover page is missing so it is not 100% complete but the contents of products is fun to see. See images to judge for yourself its worth. I have started price low so you be the judge.

As for shipping…I have been selling on for many years and it has been my practice to offer a flat rate charge for shipping.
