The Bivy Cover arrived on time and was very well packaged. Great seller that was willing to negotiate on the purchase price. The cover I received is clean and in excellent condition, if it was issued it looks to have been very lightly used, if ever, as I can find no cuts or abrasions, no pin holes or tears and all the inside Gore seam tape is in place and well adhered.
