This is a rare vintage cleaver knife from San Han Nga, a renowned brand in the culinary industry, recently discovered in a storafe room at a very famous Manhattan restaurant restaurant. It is a professional-grade chef knife that is perfect for chopping and sushi making. The knife is made of high carbon stainless steel and comes with a wooden handle. It is 12.5 inches long and should be hand washed only for proper care.

The set includes one knife, and it was professionally manufactured in Hong Kong in the 1960s, reflecting the cultural influences of Japan. This item is a must-have for collectors and professional chefs alike.
