Total misrepresentation. The pictures of the item in the action looked vibrant and full of color while the actual item was dull, pail and down right ugly. Add to this that I purchased 4 of this seller’s items at once, and only received 3 of the 4. I requested and was provided a refund, but ONLY for 3 of the 4 items.
My experience: this is a dishonest and untrustworthy seller. He initially admitted his mistake in shipping only 3 of the 4 items, but then changed his story and is refusing refund.

Block this guy. He is dishonest and we provided excellent customer service, then as a thank you he leaves us negatives on everything. After breaking crystal, not returning everything and all kinds of mean emails, we blocked him. Navier-stokes is the name and you don't need this as seller. Also, he had done zero buying in over a year and makes it looks like he has good record. Maybe a hacked account.
