These Acoustic Guitars Sound Excellent! Easy to Play and Sounds Really Nice. They are Often Described as Beginner Guitars. If You Research Them, They are Considered to be Beginner to Intermediate Players.... Don't Be Discouraged by the Beginner Description, as They are Well Above That. I Do Have a Few Of These Models. They are Very Nice Sounding and Easy to Play. I Would Use Them to Play Out, if I Still Did. People Have Commented that They Sound Like a Higher Priced Guitar. They Do Stay in Tune Pretty Well also. Strum On!

I purchased this Fender acoustic guitar for my son to replace his Yamaha acoustic which had been damaged and was beyond repair. It has turned out to be a very wise purchase. The guitar has rich, deep, tones and sounds beautiful. It has a better tone than the Yamaha and my son loves playing it. The workmanship is excellent, the wood grains on all sides is beautiful and the mechanics are first-rate. I highly recommend this guitar and know it will give my son and all who listen to the music it makes years and years of enjoyment.
After getting back into music after thirty years and now being on a fixed income I had to budget for a new guitar. After reading other reviews in the Fender CD60 I purchased one. I was more than satisfied. The hard shell Case was better than I could have imagined. I have seen cases similar retail for $80-100 alone. The guitar is very well put together and after several days and temperature changes stayed very well in tune. Thefactory strings were a bit tinny and after swapping those out the CD60 is rich sounding and fun to play. Beautiful finish as well. I am extremely satisfied!

This guitar, even new, costs very little money. This one required a setup (but then, even new ones do), and it was a factory 2nd, so it had small issues, but they were trivial. After a thorough going over, and a set of strings, it sounds, and plays, better than several guitars I have that cost considerably more! It's warm and articulate, yet responds like a race-horse at the starting signal, to picking technique. It has more voice than any guitar in this price range has any business possessing. I bought it to fix up and sell. But it's behind the counter, and that's where it's staying! I have 50 year old guitars that I would part with before this one. It's a jewel!

This type of repair should be done by a professional, is not for the average person to attempt. Requires special glues and tools and refinishing the damaged areas. I rated good only because some parts were missing and the logo on the head stock was damaged by seller. The guitar was in nice condition otherwise. After the repairs the guitar now plays and sounds like new. So I rated it feels good, does stay in tune and it does play well.
