First, let me say...the card is fine. As described. A cheap $1 auction win of my fav player for my collection. Second, the card was well packaged in a bubble mailer. All is well. Unfortunely I got a "postage due" note from USPS. I wasn't sure which shipment it was for so I accepted the charge and paid the extra $4.43 to receive the package. So my $1 card just cost me over $5. If the seller had a known history of this I would put them on blast. Hopefully it was an honest mistake...at my expense.
