I would like to address this complaint as I feel it is unfair. Prior to shipping I sent a photo and description of the chipping glaze from this200 year old piece. I also offered a full refund & paid shipping to return. Buyer decided not to return the piece and to keep instead. I am not able to remove this review but I do want it to be clear the steps taken prior to shipping to alert the buyer with a photo and description, the buyer's approval of chips and my steps afterward to return the piece.
