I leave neutral for these reasons. The item is likely fake. Did I receive the item described? Technically, yes. However, I submitted it to a much more reputable authentication service and they say it is unlikely to pass. I do not ever appreciate sellers selling fake things, even when I probably should have known better. Hopefully, this is informative.

I appreciate all feedback whether it be good, neutral , or negative. If you look at the high end authenticated autographs that I have sold and realize that in each of my listings, I state that if there is ever proof of PSA, JSA, or Beckett not authenticating any of my items, then I will gladly accept their opinion as long as that opinion or copy there of is included in any items returned to me. That keeps it fair and everything on the up and up. You never granted me that option.
