Upon receiving drill it was found to be damaged and nonrepairable. Not from shipping but from just being worn out. Contacted seller and he made a complete refund with apologies. At some point I hope to find another drill of this model .I love the look and feel of it. Anyway, I have the utmost faith in the honesty of this seller and would not hesitate to make a purchase from him in the future.
