Item was described as: "It has never been used and is in excellent working condition". The item was received and it is not working and was clearly used. The capstan roller is stained brown from the tape rolling across it. The unit is etched with a theft identification. The motor operates but apparently the bands are broke because neither reel spins. Bottom line is that the description was very inaccurate. Contact was made but no reply received. Sadly there are no refunds.
