Still a positive but product never was shipped (no tracking number provided) waited the predicted time of arrival. Date came and went then I checked with the seller. Immediate response and verified the item was never shipped. Asked me what I wanted to do, and I opted for a return of my money which was done immediately. All fives for rate except shipping time. Vendor didn't mail item until asked for a tracking number. Over 5 weeks before it was mailed. Vendor gave the wrong tracking number. Caused a lot of distress. Upon arrival item was a very poor quality basically I bought a picture. Will not buy again from him.

International buyer, Tracking does not always work well as we explained about 50 x to this guy. Unbelievably labor intense and an absolute nightmare to deal with.The worst type of buyer that makes selling on this site difficult .No way we could have known or we would have canceled and refunded. Never had a single complaint about this item of which we have sold hundreds for over 20 years. Will not be buying from us again , No question. Blocked on every account .
