    Slicey and strong!

    I have been clearing property I bought almost 2 months ago and have bought a few new tools, this being one of them. It was a little thinner than I expected since I also have the Golok. I just wanted something longer than the Golok and I liked the double hand handle. Today I cleared a row of briar bushes and trees to above head level. This thing was like using a Samurai sword! One hard stroke at the right angle and I was slicing right through 3” diameter branches! Anything smaller than that wasn’t even felt it went through it so easily! After an hour of work I was sure the blade would be dented, bent, or at least scratched but it was only stained by trees and plants I had cleared!
