Great price for a very compact good-performing tribander. Receive performance is good, sensitivity and audio output are fine. Transmitter output is in the 20 watt range, slightly below 20 watts on 440 mhz. Small size made mounting easy in the car. Overall I'd definitely buy it again. Scott N4SB.

Okay... I am no genius, but without the programming cable, this little radio is really confusing to program. I highly recommend that you consider programming it with your P.C and a programming cable. There are plenty of videos on YouTube to instruct you on the process. The instructions for this radio are kind of confusing too. Not very helpful at all.

I really enjoyed the radio. Was getting great reports. The Mic buttons stopped working and left me without functions. I purchased new mic and same. Contacted QYT and they had no intentions of honoring warranty. Was told by QYT to see if I had a friend to fix it. Many more times I tried contact with no answer. So radio worked well when it did. I cannot recommend a radio that the company will not honor warranty
