The cups & saucers are as described. The way the dishes/cups are shrink-wrapped is frustrating. Thankfully, the seller included simple directions to remove any of the plastic that may stick to the dishes. Now that they re out of there wrapping, they ve cleaned up very nicely. They ll make a great add to my husbands tea service. Seller has really good communication & has been very helpful
