“Pete's Dragon” is a film about a young boy named Pete who flees from his abusive adopted family and befriends a green and purple magical dragon named Elliot. Elliot can make himself invisible, and through this special power he creates havoc and chaos. This results in Pete being thought of as someone who brings bad luck to the town. During Pete's adventures he meets up with many characters both, good and evil.     enjoyable family entertainment

    this is a great movie, nothing scary, very good singing and fun and great adventure for the whole family to watch together. Pete makes you laugh and giggle, and hold your breath a couple of times.

    What Disney action-adventure classic💥

    I'll never forget this Walt Disney movie, out of all of them this one it is the one that made my imagination run wild oh, I would dream of riding the Big Green Dragon, being an only child I felt I had a lot in common with Pete, and used to lay in front of the TV for hours, beautiful memory of my dad driving to Orlando Florida for about 5 hours, the best days of my life with my mom and dad in Disney World, out of all the movies Pete's Dragon was my pic and to this day it's still my favorite!!🐉👪🐲

    Pete's Dragon

    Pete's Dragon is the story of a boy who doesn't have a real home and the dragon who loves him. The film is live action and animation seemlessly put together. The songs are catchy and easy to sing along to. The orphan boy finally finds a home with someone to love him in the end after showing what it is like for him before he finds Lampy and Nora. I didn't particularly care for the shady quack that is supposed to be a doctor but I understand that Disney included it for comedic purposes. Additionally, one of the charcters is an alcoholic and that is handled with a comedic flair as well. Over all though I loved this movie as a child and I believed my students would like it as well. I believe the music, story, and the animation have all held up very well with time and my kids are really ...

    Fond childhood memories

    What can only be described as a beloved classic, this is a delightful story about a boy and his imaginary dragon. I'm not sure the kids of today would be wowed by it but for those of us who grew up with it, it is great. There are kinda cheesy imaging, but keep in mind back then we didn't have computer generators and such. Touching story, good moral.
