The locomotive came to me extremely well packed, with no damage from shipping. I discovered when I got it that unfortunately someone had stripped all the parts out of it (not clearly visible without taking it apart). I contacted the seller, explained the situation, and they quickly replied and extended me a full refund. Maybe the train didn't work out, but my experience with this seller was nothing short of positive. I would absolutely purchase from them again!
