Contacted seller to let them know product I received was not in new condition as advertised, box was beat up and mascara was dried up as well as dried mascara outside container indicating it had been opened. Product unusable. Sellers response was that it was in new condition when they mailed it. Seller not willing to make it right and send a new sealed product. I got scammed. Buyer beware! Packaging was not damaged so seller shipped the product in this condition.
