You are looking at an Old Western W49 Fixed Blade Knife w/ Sheath. This knife definitely shows some wear and signs of being sharpened on the blade. It shows its age as does the sheath, let me just put it that way (See the pictures for a better description). This is still a cool, collectible, vintage knife. The blade does not show any huge chunks or nicks in it. Get this one while its still available. Would make a great addition to any collection. Please see the pictures before offerding.
