VTG SIGNED Hobe Marquise Rhinestones Shell Cameo Mesh Band Bracelet Hobecameo rhinestone bracelet - it doesn\'t get much better than this!!Lots and lots of sparkly marquise and round cutclear, smokey gray, and lemon prong-set rhinestones encircle thehand-carved mother of pearl cameo, set with decorative silver prongs, framed by 24 multi-faceted clear rhinestones.Silver mesh braided band and Hobe signedclasp with safety chain complete this bracelet.

This is a very substantial bracelet, brillantly executedonly as Hobe could - definitely a piece to collect. Has not been cleaned - natural patina. In very good condition with only a few minor nicks in the stones. No missing rhinestones.

The bracelet measures 8\" around andlays on the wrist beautifully. The cameo/rhinestone center section is 1 5/8\" high x 1 1/4\" wide at the widest. This was purchased from the closing Hobe factory 10 years ago, my client, always interested in beautiful costume jewelry and Hobe, in particular, decided to write a book on the history of Hobe because there really wasn\'t too much information out there.

She started researching and buying all the Hobe that she could. The original, family run Hobe company stopped producing jewelry in the early 1990\'s and my client, dealing with William Hobe\'s Son Donald\'s wife, was able to buy a great deal of findings and jewelry at the factory at the time it closed.

Well, life got in the way and my client never wrote the book as her adventures took her in a whole new direction,so she has decided to start selling some of her collection, which Ihave startedto list for sale here, in the PrimeEstate gladly combine shipping, so please wait until I send you a TOTAL INVOICE, before paying.
