Vintage REX Fifth Avenue Brass Compact with Mirror For Sale

You are buying a beautiful vintage REX Fifth Avenue brass compact with mirror. The compact is 4” in diameter. The push button lock opens the case with ease and inside the lid are the mirror and the puffy application pad. Under the application pad is where the face powder is (most of the powder has been used in days gone by). Overall, the compact is in very good condition for its age. However, the outside of the piece shows some wear (normal for a piece of this age), the mirror shows some discoloration. The compact is unmarked, but the application pad ribbon is marked “REX Fifth Avenue” (see photo). This would make a great addition to your own vintage compact collection or a perfect gift for someone who collects this type of item.
