This antique knife / eraser is approximately 6 1/2\" the blade 2 1/4\". The ornate band between handle and blade is stamped \"Sterling\", the blade is stamped Burmah\". The ornate handle appears to be celluloid with a floral scroll type pattern. The blade only slight darkness, no breaks or cracks in handle, excellent edge on knife. Good Luck offerding.
