First let me say I am not an expert in these items, i am basing this info on what i found online, if you have any questions or if i got anything wrong, please let me know.

Here is what I believe is a Vintage pre-WWI M1892/93German-made bayonet and scabbard. On one side is inscribed \"Simson & Co\", \"Suhl\" and the The number V123. The Scabbard leatheris worn but intact. I have also seen this type of bayonet/scabbard identified as a Spanish M1892/93 German-made model, which was used during the Spanish-American War. The bayonet is ingood shapeWITH some pitting and ware like most pieces this old. Please see pics for condition.
