Vintage Octagon Strawberry Motif Box Purse With Lucite Handle Round Brass Feet For Sale

Wow what a unique purse for that Outdoor Wedding or Garden Party this summer!There are no markings on this lovely octagon purse, but it\'s in very good vintage condition. It measures 8.5\" W x 6\" Deep and 5.75\" H. The handle is 5\" H. and I\'m thinking it\'s a pearly looking lucite but not positive. You can see in the photo that the latch to close is off-set from center, but it looks like it was intended, the way it fits in with the strawberry design. I assume this is a wooden box, you can kind of see wood grain through the paint in certain light, but there\'s no issue with the paint other than some yellowing along the bottom edge and minor cracks that I hope comes through in the photos. It has more of a yellowish cast than is showing up on my computer. The hinges are sturdy and the brass (?) feet are secure. There are some dot stains on the inside bottom felt lining.Thanks For Looking!
