It comes with everything you see pictured, I believe it is complete. The wooden case shows some wear but will display well! Hingers and latches are in good order and the balance itself seems to be in fine shape. Please see images! I believe this was made in the 1920\'s I acquired it in the 1980\'s from a Doctor\'s Estate whose practice ran from the late 1800\'s to the 1950\'s
