Vintage Chick Major Dixie Mallard Duck Call w/Box & Paperwork, Stuttgart, Ark. For Sale

Offered today is this 1970\'s vintage Chick Major\'s Mallard duck call. There is no date on the box or paperwork but the brochure mentions 1970 as the last date that Eddie Holt won a Championship Mallard calling contest. Shipping for the calls was only 25 cents each. The calls originally cost $5.00 for maple and $7.50 for Zebra wood. The box is in excellent condition with very minimal wear. The company must have moved because the address on the box and paperwork was marked out. The call is in excellent condition and looks as if it was never used. Original label. No scratches or finish wear. It works properly. This call was a presentation piece. The brass ring is engraved Cliff Peterson Save the Cache. The brass ring is tarnished and has light pitting. No odor on the call or box. Overall excellent conditon!
