Vintage Black And Decker No. U-2400 Plane Attachment\" by Black & Decker, Towson, MD (no date, but pre-zipcode). This used Carpenter\'s Toolis in good condition for an item of this vintage. All adjustable part move/turn smoothly. Tool shows light to moderate wear, marks, and scratches from use over the years. Tool appears COMPLETE. Tool measures approx. 18 1/2\" long.
