Vintage 1960s Mickey MantleHillerich and Bradsby Susquehanna Pro K55 Bat. Mickey Mantleplayed for the New York Yankees from 1951 to 1968. Mantle was inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974. The center brand dates this bat from 1961-1964. The bat is in good condition. There is a large clean crack with tape on the handle. The bat weighs 32-33 ounces and is 34 1/2 inches long. This bat is a professional model bat that was ordered and used by the players from the Susquehanna organization. There is no evidence this bat was ever used by Mickey Mantle. The model number K55 is engraved on the knob.
