circa late 1950-1960\'s
Annie Oakley is an American Western television series that fictionalized the life of the famous sharpshooter Annie Oakley. Featuring actress Gail Davis in the title role, the weekly program ran from January 1954 to February 1957 in syndication. A total of 81 black-and-white episodes were produced, with each installment running 25 minutes in length. he show starred Gail Davis as Annie Oakley, with Brad Johnson in the role of Deputy Sheriff Lofty Craig and Jimmy Hawkins as Annie\'s little brother, Tagg Oakley.

Ok, so there was not a cap gun in the holster when found...HOWEVER, there was a cap gun found loose in the lot of toys discovered at this estate (a 6 shooter called a \"Lone Star PEACEMAKER\", with white plastic handle and a Horse head moulded, and a silver Star...the gun is made in AUSTRALIA by \"Qualtex\", under licence form D.C.M.T. & looks pretty much un-used, bright shiney metal )....so I am unsure if this belt/Holster had a gun included, or if the loose one I described is from this set???. It has a broken lug inside so will not close properly, but the trigger/cock action works perfectly.
As has kittens over listing even toy cap guns, I will not show pictures of it here....I will however include this with the item for AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC BUYER...I will NOT include for OVERSEAS BUYER (sorry too many issues with customs , even though it ois only a toy gun)...
As found in an Australian Estate.
This would perfectly compliment collectors of old vintage toy cap guns and the like, or as TV memorabilia merchandise....
Good all round condition, this very Rare To Find item is unknown manufacturer (as found in Australia, most likely an Australian manufacture?), and it is of a high quality standard toy, has a hand written price of 28/6 (that\'s 28 shillings, six pence Australian, so not a cheap toy for the era!)
Condition:
Good vintage condition, with signs of wear n tear, marks / soiling, some of the red coloured \"ANNIE OAKLEY\" printing on the croc leather shows wear... the colourful graphics card shows soiling, and there appears to be a small piece on the left side torn off. The mono colour icharacter images on the holster are very good.
This item was old shop stock, stored in a residence for many years, so expect it to feel old and with wear from time. I have only lightly cleaned the item, as it pretty much is AS-Found, but further improvement of appearance is possible to serious the collector. See pictures as they show the condition better than words.

Holster 25 x 13 cms
Waist belt is 76cms ( multiple holes for buckle adjustment)
Display Card (thick card, with colour graphics) around 40 x 28cms ( irregular shaped)
(The belt has not been taken from the card, as per old shop stock...)
