Vintage 1880-90\'s John Newell Pittsburgh Pirates Original Baseball Photo Portrai For Sale

This is the earliest baseball piece I have owned. This is a charcoal portrait of John Newell who played several years in the minor leagues in the late 1880\'s and early 1890\'s. He played in five games for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1891. This portrait appears to be when he played for the Wilmington Blue Hens, minor league team. You can see the W on the hat, and his name Newell down the front of the Jersey. Due to the rarity, how early it is, and the price, this needs to be picked up in person upon payment received.
