Overallsword is in nice , original as found condition. Both blade, scabbard & topof throat are stamped with the number 12. These swords were imported by bothnorth and south for the Civil War. Original leather grip is very nice. Blade isin nice shape and shows some light scuffs and scratches to cuttin edge.Original leather washer is present at blade base. Scabbard is in nice shapewith some minor dings and missing its throat screw.
