UNCOMMON OLD CHILDREN\'S MUSIC BOX WIND UP WORKING WOMAN & CAT IMAGE For Sale

I do not know if this old music box was made in Germany or Switzerland. It is at least early 20th C. The lithograph image shows a child with a stick playing with a kitten and cat. Someone over the years has scratched with a pencil? making one meandering line on the lithograph scene. The bottom of the round box has no image or information but may once have had a paper cover or label there. The piece measures a bit over 2 3/4\" across. It does play some slow song, unknown to me. NOTE: In my title I state the figure is that of a woman, when in the description I mention it is that of a boy/child. The child is right...not a woman.
