This is a reciprocating endo handpiece and motor with foot pedal. Works perfectly! Too busy for endo! This unit is great for curved or s canals where simple rotary adds too much stress on the file system. Works like new! The Elements motor now includes Adaptive Motion Technology which uses an algorithm to combine a traditional rotary motion, which is activated when the TF Adaptive file is under no load with a reciprocating motion which is activated when load is applied to the TF Adaptive file.  So when used together the TF Adaptive system and Elements motor with Adaptive Motion Technology provide dentists with the benefits of rotary when you want it and reciprocation when you need it.  The result is improved path of file accuracy and a better dentist and patient experience. The motor is customizable to use with other file systems.
