Return and Allowance Policy:

Returned items must be in the condition in which we shipped it to you. Returns can be for store credit, refunded less shipping costs both ways or for exchange where our stock permits. Restocking charges do apply at the rate of 10% in most instances and 20% if the item is returned in used and/or abused condtion or if the item is returned as undelivered by the carrier. This includes items such as harmonicas, clarinet and saxophone reeds, etc. Guitar straps and guitar strings are not returnable.
