St. Louis Cardinals Vintage Game Worn Used Cap
The 1967 St. Louis Cardinals are considered by many to be one of the finest teams ever assembled in the History of Major League Baseball. In 1967, they won the pennant and in the World Series, they defeated the Boston Red Sox in seven (7) games. Offered is a piece of MLB history – a cap worn during the 1967 World Series by Bobby Tolan.
The cap was made by New Era and it is the “Pro Model” version. The cap is in outstanding condition and under the brim of the cap is the #17 and “Tolan”. Also written on the brim is, “Worn by me in the 1967 World Series – Bobby Tolan”. Also inside the cap is a Metcalf Bros. Uniform stamp.
As for authenticity, I purchased the cap DIRECTLY from Bobby Tolan and will also enclose a LOA from Mr. Tolan.
