Up for sale is a Sony model KV-5200 portable color TV. It was built around 1980 and is still working today.(see pictures) This is one of the original Trinitron sets from back in the day. It was built to last, top quality components, all steel chassis, and it\'s weight comes in at 16lbs. 1 oz. The set was re-powered with new Ni-Mh cells instead of the original Ni-Cd\'s in order to give it a longer run time. The pictures you see are of it running on the batteries. It comes with the OE A/C power cord and the EAC-6 300 ohm antenna adapter, as well as a UHF loop. Charge time is 16-20 hours and is controlled by a switch on the back. Do not overcharge or it will kill the batteries. It has some pretty nice features, dual earphone jacks, a push button in front of the handle that extends a sunshade, and a charge indicator on the front. Also it\'s antenna is nice and straight too. This is a nice addition for the serious collector, or if someone wants great piece of electronic history. The set will be well packed in a new box for safe shipping. Thanks for stopping by.
