Remember this is Bellows only , the 2nd photo shows the acutual Bellows you are buying. The first photo of The Helmet ,Bellows and Hose is for reference only. And the old black and white photo shows how the bellows was used in conjunction with the Helmet and hose. The bellows alone is what you are offerding on.Sorry to sound redundant but I actually had someone ask does it come with the helmet.
