RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns are accepted if we shipped the wrong color or wrong size of the item you purchased 

OR

If the item does not fit. Please be sure the item is in the same condition as mailed and box/tags/original packing is still in tact. Bathing suits must have panty liner. 

Any items with free shipping will be charged a restocking fee. 

Restocking fee is 20% of purchase price.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

If the carrier returns the package to us because the address you provided was incorrect there will be a reshipping fee as the original postage can not be reused. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders will be shipped out the very next business day of purchase. So, if you purchased on Friday, it will be shipped no later than Monday.

We take extraordinary measures to package your item securely and neatly to protect your purchase(s).

You can track your package online at USPS.com with the tracking number provided to you through that will upload automatically once we mail it. 

We only ship overseas through s GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. If you are not a part of this program or your country is not eligible please do not ask. We do not ship directly overseas. 

We will combine shipping on multiple items purchased on the same business day. Please notify us that you want combined shipping and we will refund you the difference in shipping cost. 

We ship first class and priority mail through USPS. Please also note that in RARE instances shipping may need adjusted for west coast buyers.

RETURN POLICY:

Items are accepted within 14 days from the date the buyer receives item. All of the tags must still be attached and the item must be in the same condition as it was when it was received or money will not be refunded. As long as the item is in the same condition we will refund money within 2 to 3 business days from the date it is received back in our office... Less shipping or restocking fee...Whichever applies. Please obtain a tracking number for your protection. 

PAYMENT:

We only accept paypal and we only ship to confirmed paypal addresses. Most of our items are immediate payment required. If it is not, then the payment is expected by the 3rd day from sales end. Failure to pay by the 4th day will result in a nonpayment case being opened through .
