Roger Maris Autograph from 1960 SIGNED TWICE Yankees Legend D.85 IN PERSON For Sale

A 4.5x4.5\" (roughly) cut signature from a program that was dated November 19, 1960 andhas been signed by Roger Maris (personalized) with an additional partial signature on theback by Maris. The story goes that the young collectors Aunt went to a banquet where Mariswas speaking and had the program signed by Maris on both sides, once personalized and shecut the program up so it would fit into his album page. It was affixed with tape (taperesidue as can been seen in the scan). Maris (September 10, 1934 – December 14, 1985) was an American professional baseball player who played four seasons in the minor leagues and twelve seasons in the major leagues. Maris played right field on four Major League Baseball (MLB) teams, from 1957 through 1968.The cut and signature (very rare in this form) grade high overall.
