Rare vintage Wyeth Saddle August Buermann bit on a studded bridle collar parade For Sale

There are a lot of collectible saddles out there and Wyeth are one of those.Wyeth saddles started making saddles in the early 1800s and did make the saddles called\"mochilas\"for the pony express eastern divisions,they were made in ST Joseph MO and stamped their saddles with\"WYETH H&M CO.,ST JOSEPH,MO\".a quilted and padded seat means that it is a 1920s to 1940s saddle.Vintage saddles are like vintage cars and to collectors they have character that new saddles wont have for a long time,if they last that long.the leather was better,the trees were better and stronger and they used real high quality rawhide for the tree wrapping.saddle strings.I believe that this saddle is probably from the 40\'s. It is in great condition for the age with only one spot of fleece that has rubbed off in the left rear corner. The seat feels larger, but measures a 15-15.5. Saddle is black with Dark brown detailing and a tan quilted seat. Tapadero stirrupsI am including a dark brown studded breast collar and vintage headstall which is in faircondition andmissing abrow-band leather stay. The bit is a marked August Buermann. (the star with A Binitials). Saddle weight is about 35 lbs. It all goes together nicely. The cinch strap should be replace and a little dusting this saddle will look even more spectacular!
