• Condition: Bottle is in EXCELLENT CLEAN condition. It has some traces of age-wear and content-haze, otherwise it looks to be in mint condition. It has NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc. PLEASE see picture for good idea of bottle\'s overall look.
  

• Age: An early hand-blown bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled-top, ca. late 1800\'s.

This is a a great looking old ANTISEPTIC TOOTH WASH bottle, and it is a very early hand-blown example that was made all the way back in the 1800\'s. Many of the collectors of antique dental bottles are dentists, building small collections of quality antique dental bottles to display in their waiting rooms and offices and this is a prime example of just this sort of thing as it says so simply, \"TOOTH WASH\". It is the exact same shape as the old Rubifoam Liquid Dentifrice, which this bottle is a take-off from. But this one never took as it is not just a scarce bottle, but a super rare antique old TOOTH WASH bottle, this is the one and only one of these we\'ve ever seen which is really something as we\'ve been collecting and dealing antique bottles for going on 5 decades, and this is the FIRST ONE! Old dental bottles like this contained nothing more than a liquid or powdered tooth paste, yet they claimed that they had secret medicinal properties that, if used regularly, could cure any type of past or present disease of the mouth, gums, throat, even things that they still can\'t cure today.
