It is a 3x5 index card. It is signed on the unlined side. There is a small newspaper photo on the front.

It is signed in pen. The signature is a little spotty, it looks like the pen was low on ink.

These came from a collection of in person and through the mail autographs. The index card has some signs of age. Most of the signatures from the collection appear to have been acquired while the player was active.

This is ideal for matting with an older photo.
