I have been painting art dolls foralmost 6years now and absolutely love creating babies that look as real as possible. It is a true art form and I am forever grateful to have the opportunity to spend time painting dolls for people to enjoy for years to come.
I feel honored to be provided the opportunity to paint this prototype of Aster. This collectors art doll was created using Genesis Heat set paints and is an amazing sculpt by Toby Morgan and produced by Tru Born Inc. Her hair has been directionally mono and micro rootedusing premium slumberland chocolae brownmohair. Hereyes are Lauscher glassin a lovely blue colour and her eyelashes have been handrooted using the same mohair as her hair. Herbody has been filled with glass beads and polyfill and weighted to cuddle (no sand is used in my babies).She has been sealed with Matt sealer and her fingetnailsand lips glossed.Her nose has been delicately shaded and I\'ve spent many hours painting the finer details to create an heirloom collectors doll that I am more than proud of. I hope you love her as much as I do! Photos have been taken over various days and timesto endeavour to capture her skintone acurately. Colours, however may displace differently on various monitors.
