Reason #1 - Due to declining stocks of particular items I began using Reserve Prices. After a few messages from customers expressing irritation to the unknown Reserve Price, 1 suggested I just use a minimum offer...so I listened

Reason #2 - While shopping on myself, I noticed a feeling that items priced too low lacked legitimacy. My thinking while shopping was \"how can an AUTHENTIC item worth $75 be listed for under a $1?\" So I expanded the minimum offer to all items to reduce that perception for others.
