Selling my original US model 1840 dragoon / cavalry saber. Marked K&C for Kirschbaum and Company in Solingen, Germany who supplied edged weapons to both sides during the war. Handle is missing the leather, but wood is good and tight. Hand guard is tight. Blade is not bent or broken. Looks like it was cleaned at some point, but is guaranteed original Civil War era. Great for display! Great addition to any collection!
