Nelson Cruz Bat used to hit 436 foot Home Run #42 in 2015Mariners Safeco-Era HR recordPhoto-matched to 9-15-2015 HR#42, 9-14-2015 walk and 1B

- Large poster of Cruz hitting the HR (from Alamy)
Nelson Cruz hit his 42nd HR of the 2015 season in the 1st inning, using this bat. He continued using the bat and eventually cracked it in the 8th inning on a ground-out. I was able to easily photo-match it to the historic 1st inning home run - the MLB label describes how it exited the game (cracked during ground-out in 8th inning). The Mariners considered the new record important enough to keep the line-up card, but luckily no one realized that Cruz had continued to use the same bat after hitting the home run.
I was also able to photo-match this bat to a walk and single from the previous evening's game. While the lineup card was not available for the historic home run game, I did manage to pick up the line-up card from the 9-14-2015 game, which is also included in this sale, as are two full tickets from the two games and a large Alamy poster of Cruz hitting the home run.
